Please note in our fulfillment phase each item dispatched to you is new and as a precaution, steamed and pressed at high temperatures, inspected for quality and packaged in the most hygienic way to reach you.  Our customers have always been our number one priority and we will make sure to deliver in the most efficient and hygienic way possible.
