We offer Free International Shipping Now.

Orders will be processed Sunday through Thursday excluding National holidays. Most orders ship within 7-14 business days of purchase. Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will not be charged and be notified via email within 2 business days.

On orders within the UAE we offer the option of cash on delivery and next day delivery, as long as the item is in stock. 

International and domestic orders all include delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the shipment carrier.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns/exchange are accepted within 7 days in UAE and 14 days Internationally from the date you received the package, provided the apparel is in good condition. Return shipment to be paid by the customer. Refunds issued only if the package is received in good condition. The refund amount will be credited back to your bank or a store credit will be issued as per your request. This refund will reflect on your bank statement within few days. Please note, no refund or exchange on Sale items but request will be considered on case to case.

Should a replacement is required an email confirmation will be sent out once the new package has left the studio after discussing the reason for return and what needs to be changed.

DUTIES & TAXES

The customer is responsible for payment of all import duties and custom charges, where it applies and in accordance with the relevant local laws of their country. The shipping company (usually DHL or other) may call you by phone to let you know of any charges that needs to be paid in order to receive the package. This is a normal practice and import duties rates differ for each country.
